A first aid kit and fire extinguishers are carried on board all vehicles for emergency use only.
Passengers are advised to familiarise themselves with the emergency exits on board the vehicle.
For your safety, please remain seated until the vehicle has come to a complete stop.
Smoking is not permitted at any time.
Passengers must not speak to the driver or otherwise distract them while the vehicle is in motion.
Please keep the use of mobile phones on board to a minimum.
For your safety, large items of luggage should be stored in the hold. Personal belongings, such as bags, should be stowed in the overhead compartments. Please take care when retrieving these items.
Please refrain from consuming food or drinks with a strong odour while on board.
If you plan to sleep during your journey, please do not obstruct the spare seat next to you by placing belongings on it or by sitting in the aisle seat.
When using the recline function, please ensure you do not inconvenience the passenger seated behind you.
If paying for a ticket on board with cash, please ensure you have the correct fare. Any change due must be collected in person from our office.
A valid ticket must be carried for each journey. Without one, you will be required to pay for your travel.
Please be considerate of other passengers and keep conversations at a low volume.
