I would like to say how much my friend and I enjoyed our recent holiday in Harrogate. We were looked after very well by our driver, saw plenty, fed well and the weather was good. The only problem was it went by too quickly. A lovely part of the country. Thank you all.

We are writing to you personally to thank you for the amazing Thursford Christmas Spectacular Show trip. It is the first time we have used your company and it will not be the last. We had an amazing time from start to finish, the show was spectacular and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel accommodation was just amazing, the room was very clean, airy and spacious and the bed very comfortable. Just got back from the break on the Isle of Wight, just to say it was fantastic, our driver was one of the best and added to the enjoyment of the holiday. The hotel itself was great, clean, good food, staff very friendly nothing seemed too much trouble and efficient.

I suppose you could say everything was 100% plus.

I have just returned this evening from Glorious Gloucestershire and it really was glorious. The hotel did us proud, we did not have to wait for service, all the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Although I was a single passenger I never felt uncomfortable and my fellow passengers were very friendly and cheerful. You sent us on our way with chocolates and mince pies which immediately put us in good spirits! Last but certainly not least was Bernie our driver, what a treasure! he was so very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I have been on many daytrips with Brookline and have enjoyed them all. This has been the first time I have been on a holiday but I hope to be on more in the future.

I felt I must write and say what a lovely couple of days my friend and I had on our recent trip to the Thursford Show with Brookline. Right from when we were picked up, on time, with a nice comfortable coach and a very pleasant and reliable driver. The hotel was excellent, could not fault it in any way. Hope to go again next year. Just to say how much I enjoyed the trip to Cumbria the hotel was very good as was the evening entertainment. All made even better by Bernie our driver who was very helpful and kept us well informed about everything as well as being a steady and safe driver.

I would like to say how impressed my friend and I was with the holiday we have just been on with you, this was the Wonders of Worcester. From the very start our pick up driver to the driver who drove us throughout the holiday (he was excellent both with driving and people skills), to the hotel. We have tried many coach holidays before and you win hands down, we have found our forever firm.

Dear Brookline, Just to say what a great time we had on our tour of Lake Garda. The hotel was lovely, comfortable and well run. The days out were very interesting and I would love to do it again one day. Thanks to Mark and Andy for making our journey as comfortable as they did as some of the roads through the mountains were very bendy. Very impressive driving.

I just wanted to thank you very much for being our chauffeur. Your stylish carriage was splendid and your driving wonderful. The lovely information you gave us and kept us informed of the traffic and travel was great.

With reference to your assistance during the winter storms and flooding.
I am writing to thank you for your help during the prolonged period of bad weather, starting Christmas and stretching well into the new year, which has impacted heavily on the people of Kent.
The situation has been unprecedented and extremely challenging, but without your help and assistance this would have proven much harder and more prolonged task.
Your actions and support in providing coach transportation overnight for evacuees in the Tonbridge area, despite it being Christmas Eve helping us deliver vital help to victims of flooding and power cuts at a time of need which was greatly appreciated.
I would therefore like to express my gratitude and thanks on behalf of KCC and all those you helped: the difference your assistance has made should not be underestimated.

I had the pleasure of going on the Isle Of Wight trip last week. Thoroughly enjoyed it with my family members. As I am on crutches at the moment, I done quite well, with all the help given by Bernie, our driver, and Debbie. He really is such a nice and helpful driver and may I say such an asset to Brookline Coaches. Many others on the trip I heard say the same, so I just thought I would put pen to paper.

I wanted to say how much my wife and I enjoyed our recent visit to Keukenhof Gardens. The upgraded hotel was brilliant, even if there were a few moans about delay with a meal, this did not bother us at all.
Mark, our driver was very helpful and professional throughout the holiday and I especially thank him for getting my scooter on and off the coach.
We are now looking forward to our Austrian holiday in June.

My wife and I hired one of your coaches on 1st June. This was to take us and our direct family to Spa Valley Railway and High Rocks as part of our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebrations.

Many thanks for the splendid trip to Thursford we had on 23rd November.
We stayed at the Links Hotel and evening meal at the Dales. Both hotels were excellent and the the staff very helpful.
Our driver James was so good he managed to off load at the tight entrance to the hotel with ease.
Altogether a very good trip.

Once again on behalf of the 53 happy people who attended the Thursford Spectacular, THANKS for organising a fantastic couple of days. The hotel was SUPERB, the show was SUPERB, the coach and driver were SUPERB, even the fire drill at 4am didn’t really spoil the pleasure of the weekend. We all had a good laugh about being out in the cold.
By the way how do you find all your pleasant drivers?

Both my wife and I would like to thank all at Brookline for the best trip that we have ever had to Thursford. This is our 10th visit. In comparison to the other operators that we have previously travelled with this was without doubt the most memorable.

Enjoyed our long weekend in Paris. It made such a difference having Phil our Tour Guide. We did all the hot spots of Paris. We could never have covered so much on ground on our own. He and Mark the driver worked excellent together.
Hotel, well we would of preferred HB rather then BB but it was very clean.

We had lots of laughs and as we have said before Brookline always make us feel part of a very special family.

Well Done Brookline. We had a great time in Cumbria and the Lakes. The hotel is comfortable and the food excellent. Beautiful scenery and the driver was first class, very caring and friendly. Our trainees and staff fully enjoyed their day at Howletts Zoo, so we thank you once more for making our day possible.

One of party had a bad fall and ended up in hospital. I would just like to express our sincere appreciation of the uncomplaining efforts of our driver who ensured that the victim was taken to hospital and received treatment, and also in making extensive efforts to ensure that his family back home were aware of the situation. All this time with him and without in any way discommoding the other passengers.

All the actions were, “Over and above the call of duty”.
Such things reflect well on your company and we will certainly remember this next time we need a coach.

Good value for money. Like a family outing. We really enjoy ourselves. If you travel on your own you are made very welcome by the drivers and meet new friends on board. The coaches are clean and well looked after and very modern.

We have just returned from a 5 day break to Potters. I must say it was absolutely lovely. The coach was on time the driver was courteous, pleasant and smart. The accommodation was superb a perfect hotel choice. Nothing but praise and the exceptionally good meals. This was the first time we used Brookline Coaches, but it wont be the last.

We Love Brookline! We would not use anyone else. We always have a laugh and your drivers are the best.
