Itinerary
Day 1: After completing our local pick-up route, we head towards Corton, making suitable stops for lunch and refreshments along the way. Upon arrival at the hotel, there will be time to freshen up before enjoying dinner.
Day 2: In the morning we travel to Oulton Broad and enjoy a scenic cruise along the Norfolk/Suffolk border, travelling through grazing marshlands on the Angles Way. The boat has an open-top deck offering panoramic views over the Broadland landscape and excellent viewing platform for wildlife. In the afternoon we head to Lowestoft, Britain’s most easterly town and a classic Suffolk seaside favourite. Enjoy free time to explore the promenade, take in the wide sandy beach, browse the shops or simply relax with an ice cream as you watch the waves.
Day 3: Day at leisure to enjoy the many facilities at the hotel.
Day 4: Enjoy a relaxed coastal day visiting two of Suffolk’s prettiest seaside towns. Begin your day in Southwold, with time to enjoy its lighthouse, colourful beach huts and charming high street. Later, continue on to Aldeburgh, where you can stroll the promenade, browse the independent shops and take in the peaceful sea views. A lovely day with plenty of time to explore and soak up Suffolk’s coastal charm.
Day 5: We bid a fond farewell to our hosts and begin our journey back to Kent, with suitable stops for refreshments en route.
