The family-run Landgasthof Hotel Fischerwirt is peacefully located at the northern end of Lake Achensee, approximately 2 km from the small village of Achenkirch.
Just a short stroll from the hotel, you will find a shop, a café and the lake itself. There is a regular bus service from the hotel to the village centre, as well as to the nearby town of Maurach.

Day 1: After completing our local pick-up route, we begin our journey towards our overnight stop, making suitable stops for lunch and refreshments along the way. Upon arrival at the hotel, there will be time to freshen up before enjoying dinner.
Day 2: We continue our journey to Austria, aiming to arrive at our hotel in time to freshen up before dinner.
Day 3: A day to relax in the small village of Achenkirch. There are a few shops and a café nearby, as well as paths along the lakeshore for a scenic walk. Alternatively, enjoy a relaxing drink on the hotel’s terrace or take one of the regular local buses to the nearby bustling town of Maurach.
Day 4: A day enjoying the lake. Make the short journey to Scholastika and take a late-morning cruise on Lake Achensee to Pertisau. Upon arrival, take time to discover this lovely town. Perhaps visit the Achensee Beer Brewery or take the cable car for breathtaking views. Why not purchase lunch to enjoy at your leisure before boarding the boat in the mid-afternoon? On your return, enjoy coffee and cake at the hotel.
Day 5: A full-day excursion begins with a visit to the regional capital, Innsbruck. The city is famed for its historic Old Town, home to attractions such as the Golden Roof, the Court Church and the Imperial Palace. We then visit the renowned Swarovski Crystal Worlds, where creativity, imagination and magic come together. Explore the Chambers of Wonder and awaken your own creative vision through art, culture and crystal.
Day 6: Travel along the lakeshore to Jenbach and board the mid-morning train for the bustling town of Mayrhofen. Enjoy time at leisure upon arrival before returning by road through the picturesque Ziller Valley, passing Maurach on the way back to the hotel.
Day 7: We bid a fond farewell to our hosts and begin our journey back to our overnight stop.
Day 8: Today we continue our journey home, with suitable stops for lunch and refreshments en route.
